TWO PAIRS OF GEORGE III SILVER LIGHTING IMPLEMENTS,
VARIOUS MAKER'S MARKS, LONDON, LATE 18TH CENTURY,
each fully marked, comprising a pair of columnar candlesticks with acanthus leaves at bases and rims, weighted, John Carter II, 1774; and a pair of chamber sticks with removable nozzles and a snuffer, maker's marks 'W.B/I.W, 1796; together with an associated silver snuffer incised with a crest, maker's mark indistinct, London 1793
The chamber sticks 6 1/4in. (15.9cm.) long; 19oz. approximate weighable silver
