Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1995 and its subsequent sale on Feruary 4th, 1997.

Reference 5038 was produced in a limited edition of 500 examples in white gold. Rare and difficult to acquire, the reference 5038 typically featured a beaded bezel whereas the present watch which features a smooth bezel as requested by the original owner.
