The first of Indian mallet form, the red glass overlaid in opaque white and wheel engraved with a butterfly in flight among flowering cosmos; the second oviform and similarly overlaid and engraved with a sparrow perched among fruiting plums and eyeing an insect; the third cylindrical, the blue glass overlaid in opaque white and engraved with flowering phlox and tall grasses
