A RARE VICTORIAN SILVER CARD CASE ENGRAVED WITH THE BARGATE, SOUTHAMPTON
MARK OF NATHANIEL MILLS, BIRMINGHAM, 1843
The reverse engraved with profuse flowers and foliate scrolls around a cartouche with the remains of initials, in original fitted case; also a William IV silver card case, mark of Joseph Willmore, Birmingham, 1836, chased in relief with pheasants amidst roses, tulips and foliate scrolls, all on a textured ground and centred by octagonal cartouches, the one at front initialled D, the edges chased with continuous band of foliate scrolls
