A young lady in pale blue dress by Richard Crosse (British, 1742-1810); together with a gentleman in red coat by Horace Hone (Anglo-Irish, 1754/56 - 1825/27)
The latter indistinctly signed with monogram 'HH' (lower left)
Both on ivory
Ovals, 38 mm. high, gilt-metal fausse-montre frame; 43 mm. high, set into the cover of a circular tortoiseshell-lined gilt-metal bonbonnière, respectively
