PROBABLY TABRIZ, IRAN, 17TH CENTURY
With low rounded profile on short foot, with sloping rim, the polychrome decoration consisting of floral sprays within cusped escutcheon-like medallions around the cavetto, the central field with three green and cobalt-blue floral fields
