WANLI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE IN A LINE AND OF THE PERIOD (1573-1619)
The jardinière is thickly potted with deep sides decorated around the exterior with four playful Buddhist lions separated by ribbon-tied brocade balls amidst further trailing ribbons, below a molded rim painted on one side with the reign mark.
