CIRCA 1840-60, EACH WITH PRINTED RED ED. HONORE/BOULD. POISSONNERE NO./A PARIS/MANUFACTURE/A CHAMPROUX ALLIER/NO/PRIX MARKS
Each with richly-gilt wolf-mask terminals issuing acanthus scroll handles, the first painted with Rebecca at the Well in landscape, the other with Judith and Holofernes, each signed 'A.L. Maitre', within a rectangular gilt-lined cartouche decorated with pink zig-zags, pale-pink and blue foliate panels, the reverse with an ivory quatrefoil roundel
