A FINE DING-TYPE IVORY-GLAZED SOFT-PASTE VASE
QIANLONG IMPRESSED SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The vase stands on a slightly splayed foot rising to a tall neck below a galleried mouth rim. The body is impressed and incised with a band of keyfret above upright leaves, and the tall neck is decorated with a scrolling motif. It is covered overall with a transparent glaze suffused with crackles.
