With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 1 July 2004, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 5036 was the first timepiece combining an annual calendar with moon phases. Produced by Patek Philippe from 1997 until 2006, the present wristwatch is offered in very good condition with a period box and certificate.
