A MEISSEN (OUTSIDE DECORATED) ‘ELEMENTS’ EWER EMBLEMATIC OF AIR
CIRCA 1880, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK WITH TWO CANCELLATIONS, INCISED MODEL NO. 327
After the model by J.J Kändler, modelled with Juno seated in a cloud and Zephyr in flight below the blue scroll handle, the lower part moulded in low relief with a peacock and other birds, the ewer further applied with three putti, the foot moulded with spiralling coloured feathers
