Decorated in iron red and gilt on underglaze blue with panels of Chinese figures and flowers surrounded by further flowers and ho-o birds, a broad band with peonies and shaped panels depicting flowers and birds around the rim, a band of brocade to the foot, the interior of the everted rim with a band of stylised flowers and scrolling foliage
