Tasting note: Ruby highlights surviving in the colour. Deep, intense, Burgundian richness. At first the spirit is rather overpowering. Then dark chocolate starts appearing, followed by herbal, gum cistus, liquorice, cigar box, leathery quality really comes through in the mouth and a slightly medicinal character. Medium length.
