rectangular box, the cover, sides and base set with panels of translucent dark blue enamel on a moiré engine-turned ground with trailing taille d'épargne red, green and gold foliate borders, within opaque white enamel frames stamped through with pellets and chevrons, polished gold outer borders with slightly raised thumbpiece
