Une tendre émotion me prend.
“I’m starting to detach from the landscape, to see it. I’m disengaging myself from it with this first draft, these geological lines. Geometry, measure of the earth. Tender emotion fills me. The roots of this emotion makes sap and colours rise. A kind of deliverance. The radiance of the soul, the gaze, an externalized mystery, the exchange between the earth and the sun, the ideal and the real, the colours!”
