London: James Bettenham for George Hawkins, 1742. 8° (197 x 117 mm). Contemporary calf. Provenance: Westport House (bookplate). An initial draft was prepared in 1711, but was suppressed. Nathaniel Hooke helped her on the final version. It provoked various replies. ESTC T18862.
