The first with 34 in. (86.3 cm.) twist barrels, case-hardened patent breeches, border and scroll engraved locks and mounts, the former each with some original case-hardened finish, and figured walnut half-stock; the second with 28 in. (71 cm.) browned twist barrel, case-hardened patent breech engraved with a crest involving a viscount's coronet, engraved lock and mounts, well figured walnut half-stock with small pistolgrip extension, and some original finish throughout, each with London proof marks
