THE BLADE DATED A.H. 1122 (1710-11 A.D.), THE MOUNTS AND SCABBARD LATE 19TH CENTURY
With 32 ¼ in. (82 cm.) finely watered 'Prophet's ladder' blade with gold-damascened signature of Assadullah along with a magic square on one side, guard with finials in the form of berries, horn grips-scales, and black-leather-covered scabbard with long locket and chape, and two shaped mounts bearing suspension-rings, tughra probably that of Abdul-Hamid II
