Each with chiselled iron mounts involving foliage inhabited by serpents, the first with slender 13 ¼ in. (33.5 cm.) three-stage barrel, moulded ebonised full stock, and later horn-tipped ramrod, the second with 11 ¾ in. (30 cm.) two-stage barrel, the octagonal breech-section with inlaid brass panels and a silver portrait bust, walnut full stock, and iron belt hook
