Details
Château Cheval Blanc 1986
Saint-Emilion, grand cru classé (A)
In original wooden case. Lightly bin-soiled labels. Levels: base of neck or better
Tasting note: very deep, fairly intense but ‘only thinking about’ maturing; fragrant but somewhat peppery on nose and palate. Good firm fruit though, and went well with the beef. Last noted March 1997 **(**) Should turn out well – 2010-2020. M.B.
