A YELLOWISH-WHITE JADE BIRD-FORM POLE FINIAL
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The finial is carved as a bird looking ahead, the wings held close to the body are incised with feathers, the tail is outstretched, and the slender feet are perched on a tubular base.
2 1/8 in. (5.5 cm.) high
