                                            A PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE FINGER CITRON-FORM VASE
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The vase is carved in the form of a finger citron with curling ends. It is supported on a foot formed by gnarled, leafy branches, and carved with two smaller fruits on the side. The well-polished stone is of pale, greenish-white colour, with cloudy white and russet inclusions.
