With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 31 May 2004, instruction manual, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with opaline-white dial, 10 diamond hour markers, Roman numerals in white gold and set with 36 diamonds weighing approximately 0.46 carats in 2001 and its subsequent sale on 30 April 2001.

Reference 4910, the celebrated "Twenty-4" model, was launched in 1999 and is still in production today. It is amongst Patek Philippe's most successful lady's watches ever made.
