Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with 22 semi-precious stones and lapis lazuli dial in 1984 and its subsequent sale on October 26th of the same year.

Reference 4241 was produced from at least 1974 to at least the mid 1980s. Few watches have been identified from the market with a slightly different reference detail, although this is the first identified with this exact reference, bracelet design, and lapis lazuli inserts.
