The Heruka figure embraces his consort and stands in alidhasana on a lotus base with his six hands holding prescribed attributes. He wears a tiger skirt, a floating scarf and is bejewelled. His triple face displays each a wrathful expression. His consort offers him a blood-filled kapala and embraces him with her right arm. Above him is Samantabhadra with his consort and he is surrounded by a myriad of deities belonging to his retinue.
