A late Victorian and Edwardian three-piece tea service
of moulded oblong form, each stamped and chased with rococo flowers, foliage, C-scrolls and beaded trelliswork on textured grounds and each with vacant rococo cartouches, the teapot with rising curved spout, ebonised wood bracket handle and domed hinged cover with oval wood finial, C.C. Pilling, London, the milk jug and sugar basin 1900, the teapot 1904 - height of teapot 5½in. (14cm.), 38.25oz. gross.
