Tasting note: Beautiful red-tawny colour; fragrant, lovely perfume, thrillingly fresh, with hints of aged tawny port; palate is full and lively, with some volatile acidity apparent, but not excessive. Very round, still fresh, though alcohol beginning to triumph over fruitiness. Tasted on 17 November 2006. A.H.
