A FAMILLE VERTE ZUN-FORM VASE
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The compressed bulbous midsection is painted with upturned ruyi heads above two stylized masks painted on the lower section, both registers accentuated with flanges. The trumpet-shaped neck is decorated with upturned lappets and on the interior of the mouth with a border of four quatrefoil panels of birds perched on prunus branches.
