A FINELY ENAMELED FAMILLE ROSE RUBY-BACK DISH
YONGZHENG PERIOD (1723-1735)
The interior is finely decorated with a spray of two peony blossoms beside a gourd and other flowers, within a green-enameled cross-hatched border. The well is decorated with six quatrelobed lappets painted with pink, blue and yellow-enameled diaper beneath a further pink enamelled cross-hatched border. The reverse is covered with a mottled pink enamel of crushed-raspberry tone.
