Lot Essay

This barrel-shaped, example of a gem aquamarine crystal was collected in the 1990s and exemplifies crystallographic perfection of the sharp hexagonal shape, perfect symmetries, and lovely colour. It has no damage, and is complete all around. Perched perfectly on a small amount of natural matrix to make a natural pedestal for display.
