A RED-OVERLAY GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
POSSIBLY PALACE WORKSHOPS, 1760-1850
The transparent overlay is carved through to the translucent bubble-suffused ground with flowering begonia on one side and flowering peony on the reverse, each growing amidst rocks.
3 ½ in. (8.9 cm) high, jadeite stopper
