TIMOTHY LEARY
A piece of a wall reading MARX ENGELS, liberated from an auditorium in East Berlin on September 17, 1990 by Timothy Leary, Mel Seesholtz, Benn Possett and Klaus Maeck; three letters missing, small information plaque mounted on lower right corner. Together with a head and face mask designed as a "jester", the painted face joined to black and cream fabric; worn by Timothy Leary during the 1971 Swiss Mardi Gras (Fassnacht), in Basel during his Swiss exile.
