Lot Essay

The present watch was fully serviced by Rolex, Genève this year and is offered in superb condition, still retaining the protective service stickers to the sides and back.

The dial and bezel combination on the present watch is gorgeous, combined with the gold case and Tiffany & Co. signature it is a watch with stunning looks and extreme rarity amongst GMT-Master variations.
Only two other examples of the reference 1675 in gold with a brown dial and retailed by Tiffany & Co. are known publically, only one of these examples has the so-called “nipple” dial. The bezel has faded to a most attractive purple-bronze colour which further enhances the appeal of this watch.
