(Some occasional light finger-soiling, neat repairs to half-title, title and plate 4, marginal tear to plate 23, browning to plate 3, light pencil diagram to plate 28, light water staining to plates 140-147, plate 160 damaged and laid down on card, two plates numbered 25.) Contemporary half calf, gilt spine (extremities lightly rubbed, endpapers renewed).
