A TIANHUANG ‘DRAGON’ SEAL
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The columnar seal is surmounted by a finely detailed winged dragon emerging from waves and chasing a flaming pearl, above a band of incised conjoined T-shaped motifs and a signature of Zhou Bin on one vertical side. The seal face is uncarved.
