Lot Essay

Manufacture of reference 2431 was launched in 1948. The present example is in excellent condition with full and well defined lugs that are so masterfully sculpted that one cannot mistake their elegance as a design of vintage Patek Philippe excellence.

The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 171.
