A FAMILLE VERTE RETICULATED HEXAGONAL BRUSH POT, BITONG
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each flat side is decorated with a medallion enclosing flowers and insects on a honeycomb reticulated ground, all enclosed by a rectangular seeded border with flowerheads. The rim is decorated with iron red whorls and squared scrolls, and the foot is decorated with an imitation wood design.
