each painted to the centre with various birds among branches within landscape vignettes, including ducks, hens, geese, a peacock and turkey, the trellis-pattern border enriched in puce and blue within shaped gilt rims, cancelled blue crossed swords marks -- 23.5cm. diam., 19th century (one plate restored to rim, some wear)
