Loguivy, ce hameau des Côtés d'Amor situé sur le littoral à quelques kilomètres de Paimpol était un lieu de prédilection pour Henri Rivière : deux paysages maritime avec des pins de dimensions similaires à la présente aquarelle sont passés en vente aux enchères récemment à l'Hôtel Drouot à Paris, le 29 mars 2017 sous lot 86 et le 10 novembre 2017 sous lot 252.
