The figure on the recto appears in the upper part of the monumental picture (10 x 5.25 metres) showing Manna in the desert, in the Basilica di San Lorenzo Martire, Verolanuova (M. Gemin and F. Pedrocco, Giambattista Tiepolo. I dipinti. Opera completa, Venice, 1993, no. 251, ill.).
