A GILT-BRONZE HARDSTONE-INSET STANDING FIGURE OF A BODHISATTVA
15TH-16TH CENTURY
The Bodhisattva is cast standing on a lotus base with hands held in abhaya and varada mudras, holding a lotus stem beside the left shoulder, dressed in a bejewelled dhoti with the folds to the hems finely rendered.

Collection of the late Soame Jenyns (1904-1976), then by descent within the family.
