A YIXING TEAPOT

The teapot is of compressed globular form, decorated to the body with three vertical raised ribs, terminating at the short spout, below a tall square-section loop handle. The base is impressed with a four-character seal mark reading jin sha si seng and the interior of the cover bears a seal reading guan ming.
