A pair of William Kent type equestrian groups of Victor Emmanuel and Guiseppe Garibaldi
after the engraving from the Illustrated London News of 29th December 1860, both modelled turned in the saddle to left and right on titled rocky moulded bases, well coloured but mounted on greys, (C103 fig. 303 and similar to fig. 302) -- 38.7cm. high, circa 1861 (restorations to Victor Emmanuel's neck, wear to enamels, crazing and hairline cracks to one base)
