One, finely painted with a portrait of Emperor Nicholas I after Franz Krüger, within borders decorated with piqué silver paillons; one, painted with the portrait of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich; one, painted with a courting couple; the plate, painted with a genre scene in a kitchen, all marked
The plate, 8½ in. (21.5 cm.) diameter and smaller
