Lot Essay

The reference 3800 was made from 1981 to 2006 and offered an alternative to larger sized “Jumbo” Nautilus watches. Considered three-quarter sized, the 3800 was made in a large array of styles in all four case metals as well as in two-tone cases.

This attractive 18k gold example is offered with its original Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin as well as sales invoice dated 1988. To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never before been offered in public.
