with foliate gilt metal mounts and scattered mon, fitted with tiered sections, sliding drawers and hinged doors, simulated bamboo framework, decorated in hiramakie, takamakie and scatttered kirigane and nashiji, inlaid in ivory, mother of pearl and horn with various figures of courtiers, warriors and legendary characters at various activities in gardens among foliage and rockwork and further panels of birds in flight among flowers, clouds, on grounds of stylised birds and flower roundels, all within geometric borders -- 64½in. (163.8cm) high, (minor damages).
