These dolls were gifts from Mattel to the vendor before they were launched in the stores. They were made in very small numbers for the Japanese home-market. Later Takara produced this mould under the name Jenny. This doll appears in the tenth anniversary Issue of Dolls magazine in the article Barbie, Midge and Francie go to Japan.
