A French medallic pendant, the rounded triangular panel depicting a courting couple with sunset beyond, between the legend "Il n'est de grand amour - qu'a l'ombre d'un grand reve", signed Emile Monier, the openwork floral border with blue plique-a-jour enamel and seed pearl decoration, the reverse modelled with a vignette of a country scene incorporating a church, with flowerhead suspension loop.
