Tasting note: Decanted as this highly botrytised year has a heavy white sediment of wine acids. Fresh start, open and seductive. Mint and acacia honey tones. Botrytis aroma. A wide mouth filling taste, refined and complex. Soft creamy aftertaste. Great wine.
