Tasting note: Top-shoulder level. A fragrant open nose of fine dried berries and forest floor, and a touch balsamic.
With a soft taste of elegance and good lively dried fruits on the mid-palette, the finish holds some acidity which lingers nicely. In surprisingly good condition for their age and classification. This is a clear sign of excellent cellar conditions that have maintained these bottles with freshness and purity. August 2019. EV.
